Chef at home Kyle

We were lucky enough to have Kyle chef a second anniversary dinner for us with 5 of our friends. Simply, he made the evening extraordinary. The food was perfect (and local), he was on time and communicated well beforehand and his detailed description of the dishes made it possible for us to try to replicate home (undoubtedly will not be as good)! I want to thank personally Chef Kyle for his work for my wife's 40th birthday celebration. He made the whole event grandiose with his suggestions and easy goingness. My guest were delighted by his meals and most importantly my wife enjoyed every minute of the supper from the entrées to the main dish to desert ! Notre soirée avec Kyle était très agréable. Il a accepté de concocter un menu des années 1960 pour une soirée à thème. Il a tout de suite embarqué dans l'idée et est arrivé avec des idées créatives qui suivaient précisément notre désir. La bouffe était excellente et très bien présentée. Kyle était sympathique, ponctuel et professionnel. Il avait aussi embauché une aide qui était tout aussi professionnelle et agréable. Je recommande tout à fait, si vous voulez sortir de l'ordinaire Kyle sera parfait!

C'était une très belle soirée avec une nourriture excellent, gouteuse et bien présentée. Pour le prix je le recommande fortement. Une cuisine propre après un souper à la maison c'est toujours bienvenue.

Our group of 12 loved true dinner prepared by chef Kyle! He was also very accommodating in changing a couple things on the original menu to account for our preferences. We highly recommend!

Chef kyle cooked our anniversary dinner at home. We had a lovely dinner. The salad, .escargots, pork shank and beeramisu were amazing! The communication was rapid, service was professional and casual and he left our kitchen spotless. I highly recommend him!

Thank you, again. It was great to meet first and get your ideas and feedback, for our party. The food was fabulous, maybe a little too much.... People just devoured the salmon :-) Service and the clean up was really appreciated. For once we were able to sit down and enjoy our meal with everyone. I highly recommend Kyle.

Le chef Kyle a conçu un menu sur mesure pour un souper d’anniversaire. La formule tapas/cocktail dînatoire était parfaite pour notre groupe de 30 convives! Les 5 types de bouchées proposées étaient délicieuses, bien présentées et en quantité plus que suffisantes! Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et tout le monde a apprécié. Chef Kyle a laissé la cuisine dans une propreté étincelante (notre hôte était impressionnée de voir son four si scintillant!). Je recommande ses services sans hésiter!
