A dinner party idea for a group of moms out on vacation away from the hustle and bustle of homemaker life, to enjoy the company of friends without the kiddos.
Amuse Bouche 
3-Star Armenian Brandy and Cupcake Prosecco mixed with a Sparkling Peach Champagne and rose water, garnished with slices of white peaches, raspberries and rose petals.
Appetizer 
A traditional Caprese Salad of fresh mozzarella cheese, raw, organic greenhouse tomatoes and fresh basil, served with a liberal drizzle of sweet balsamic vinegar reduction.
Main Course 
A lemon, garlic and pepper seasoned Chicken breast, roasted to perfection then served on a bed of wild rice, topped with chives, mango slices and pine nuts. Served with green beans and mushrooms.
Dessert 
Classic Tiramisu with Strawberry and Blueberry compotes topped with Spring Berries and whipped cream , and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
