Main Course Maple-Smoked Bacon with Waldorf Salad and Roquefort
Pork Rasher maple-smoked in 8-10 hours, glazed with special homemade maple-beurre noisette. And served with fresh Apple & Walnut Salad topped with Roquefort Cheese.
