Slow Smoked BBQ

Slow smoked mesquite brisket on my custom smoker with a good 12-14 hour smoke time. Traditional rub with cracked black pepper and garlic - served with a pasilla Oaxocan BBQ sauce. Choice of 3 sides include cornbread, apple-fennel slaw, baked beans, green salad, potato salad, corn on the cob. Drop off price $40-45 per person depending upon travel time and minimum of 10 guests.
