A mixture of deeply caramelized onions and spiced apples glazed with brandy and butter stuffed in hand-made pastries
Main Course Thai Roast Chicken
Marinated for 24 hours then roasted. Served with a sweet and spicy glaze and peanut sauce. Served with coconut rice or stir fried noodles and a slaw.
Dessert Apple Pear Crumble
Sliced apples and pears tossed with a spiced brandy glaze and baked with a crust of oats, sugar, and butter. Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
