I am a professional chef with 10 years in the industry. I went to school at the Swiss Hotel school in Randburg. I have worked in hotels, resorts, restaurants and County Clubs here in South Africa and in the United States of America. I am able to cook with a variety of high end ingredients and I have learned different types of cuisines in America which have broadened my skills within the culinary industry.
