I am a passionate cook that loves making healthy, colourful and abundant food. I have not studied to be a chef, I am creative, experimental and brave. My favourite medium to cook on is fire, I love the wildness of it, the smoke and the char.

I have been in hospitality for over 20 years, I am a chef consultant and menu developer for luxury lodges and hotels around Southern Africa. I have also travelled extensively and tasted and experiences many different cuisines.
