I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry working as a Chef, Event Manager and Caterer. My primary focus is on creating memorable experiences for guests along with tantalising their tastebuds. It goes way beyond the food. Its the invitations, theme, decor, the full event concept from start to finish, menu planning and schedule of events. And then its the food which is based on the client's brief, budget and theme/concept of function. My food served is beautifully presented, flavoured and paired to the client and nature of the function/event.
