I love to cook healthy, I love taking healthy ingredients and turning them into something that you would eat every day. I love cooking foods from other cultures and classic southern cooking I like to bringing old world techniques to the table while also embracing modern techniques and tools. I cook with a great attention the textures temperatures and spices.

I have cooked in multiple different types of restaurants, I currently work for a catering company. I have done many private dinners in people homes. I love cooking high-end elegant foods but I also love cooking the classics. I have planned menus and prepared foods for hundreds of people and for just one couple and everything in between.
