I'm a Chef who started in Venezuela in culinary school. Worked in the most important restaurants. Work hard to become a Chef De Cuisine in a Peruvian restaurant. Then I worked as a Chef in a important hotel in Margarita island, been there I receive an important offer in Dubai as a Sous Chef with Jumeirah group. Stay 2 years in Dubai and decide to move to the Caribbean, an opportunity in a small island was presented. Turks And Caicos was the destination. I an important Resort there they give me a opportunity to lead 2 outlets specialize in Latin Food with a fine dinning line of work. After a successful couple of years in the Caribbean I start working as a private chef for Important clients around Europe. Now I look for a new chance to lead a kitchen to the best.
