Taste before you judge

My style is a mix of Mexican and Asian with Italian as a background.

I have been cooking exceptional dishes since I was 9, and professionally since I was 18. I never needed to be taught how to cook, I just cooked and created what tasted good. At the age of 28, I opened a Japanese style restaurant, which was voted best of on my first year open. I am currently only doing private parties, which I enjoy the most.
