I am a fresh, creative, chef, thereby creating menus on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. I cook primarily traditional, however, I do like to experiment with other styles of cooking, such as sous vide.
I have 30 years of experience in the food industry as a both a personal chef and a restaurant chef. What I bring to the table (no pun intended) is years of experience working with clients and guests. I take a generous amount of time, talking with clients, getting to know their likes & dislikes and creating menus that reflect both. I provide a sense of comfort by ensuring that I handle all details, thereby allowing them to fully enjoy the experience of any style event they are hosting. I give cooking classes, sushi & gluten free being the most popular. I also do wine tastings to compliment meals.
