My cooking style is what I'd call modern comfort food. Infusing traditional & modern techniques, with the freshest local ingredients and a little love. Using all the knowledge I've gained over the years to create something totally awesome.

I have over 14 years of experience in the food industry. Starting as a dishwasher when I was 15, I worked my way up to be a Executive Sous Chef before starting my own services company.
