I have ranging experience from large scale catering to 3 Michelin Star fine dining restaurants. Decided to step away from the restaurant and into the private homes of families. I was blessed to be the private chef for Robert Di Nero and his family for 2 1/2 years and have been cooking for high profile clients ever since.
