I would describe my style as mainly Mediterranean, with Asian influences. I am well versed in many cuisines: Mexican, French, Italian (pasta), Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and American Southern cuisine. I love smoking and BBQ. My absolute favorite thing to cook is risotto. I also LOVE noodles.

I have been cooking in Denver restaurants such as Opus, Table 6, Stoic & Genuine, and Rioja. I truly love teaching and training people how to cook.
