I have a real zest for life and it shows in my food. In my food you will have the biggest and brightest flavor blend. My cooking style is multicultural with a heavy French technique. Fresh flavor and local ingredient focused. I'm mostly a scratch cooking chef.
I have a very diverse and unique ten year career. I started as a young teen in the kitchen working the line. While in high school I attened the career discovery program at the C.I.A , from there till now I'm still loving what I do. Since then I have worked in fine dining to high volume out . Currently I work at the National Republican Club of Capital Hill.
