Working in some of the best kitchens from Tennessee to Texas helped shape my view of Southern cuisine and technique. Eventually leading me to open my own restaurant 2 years ago with a focus on brunch and sourcing from local farms and producers. I've always loved throwing parties and cooking for small groups with lots of different flavors.
