I love to mix and match various styles of food to create my own work of art for your palette. I am of Italian decent but I do love to use other styles of food.

I am a professional Chef for 25 years. I've been on the Food Network twice as a contestant on chopped. I've owned my own restaurant, and have worked in various places in Manhattan. One big name restaurant was Tavern on the green.
