I enjoy cooking anything that challenges me and gives me a way to express myself through the fusion of flavors from different cultures, but I can also make classic cuisine from just about any region. I love bold flavors with hidden accents that sneak in and make you fall in love with the dish. I excel in improvisational cooking, plating and creating a theme throughout courses that takes you on a journey through the culinary mind of a chef with a passion for the craft.

I hold an associates degree in advanced culinary arts, am a certified food safety manager, and am extremely versatile in all styles of cooking. I am always ready to adapt to any situation when it comes to equipment, space, ingredients and party size. I have been classically trained in French and Italian cuisine by well known industry professionals from the D.C. area, but I'm also well versed in Asian, Indian, Creole, American, Latin, and Southern American Home-style cooking. I have been cooking professionally for 20+ years and as a hobby since before I could even remember. I also am experienced in pastry arts and baking as well and have planned and executed full menus for every occasion. From elegant 3-4 course meals for families and romantic meals for couples with beverage pairings, to extravagant banquet spreads for small parties and large events.
