My food is a culmination of many cultures and regions. I love to cook French, Japanese and Chinese but my heart and passion lies with food that puts a smile on others.
Experience
I am a passionate culinarian with a broad range of experience who has started his journey nearly 15 years ago. Beginning my professional career in the humble setting of a pub then moving forward to work in one of the most popular Chinese restaurants in Chicago. Upon leaving, I pursued a degree at Kendall College and upon graduating worked for Takashi Yagahashi at Takashi restaurant and later helped open his iconic noodle spot Slurping Turtle. My culinary journey then took me to Custom House and then ending up at NoMI kitchen at the Park Hyatt Chicago on Michigan Ave where I spent extensive time deeply rooting myself in French, Mediterranean and New American cuisine... I am very passionate about food and love to live vicariously through the joy my food gives other people. It is my passion.
