I have over 26 years experience in restaurants, catering, and teaching cooking classes. I have worked in a variety of styles from mom and pop breakfast places up to corporate ran fine dinning. I have provided catering from dinner for 2 to 250 from Buffet to served 7 course meals. I cook a large variety of food from vegen to beef and everything in-between.
