Experience
I took culinary classes in high school, then started off at a little Italian restaurant for a couple years. I then decided to broaden my horizon by moving to Maui, Hawaii to get some new experience. When I moved back home to Arizona, I was offered to be sous chef at a Midwest American restaurant for over a year and then was given the opportunity to run my own kitchen as a Head Chef within a Greek American comfort cuisine.
