I grew up with southern comfort foods; but I have always liked taking things to a new level whether it be in presentation or combining opposing or radical flavours, colours and textures. (Fusion Foods)

I have worked in the culinary industry for 12 years in several places, always starting from the bottom but ending up on top just as quickly as my work pace. I love to cook. I have always enjoyed the concept of eat drink and be merry. I am currently positioned as Head Chef at McLindons in Taylorsville N.C. and have been employed there for two years. I work well under pressure and am extremely good at learning and creating on the fly.
