Culinary Student

I don't consider myself to be a master in any one style of cooking as I can always learn to better myself in every aspect of the culinary world. I love being challenged in making dishes better than what they are originally meant to be. If I had to choose one style of food I am good at I would have to say the wonderful food of the island of Puerto Rico.

I am currently enrolled in a Commercial Foods & Culinary Arts program. I have just recently successfully attained my ServSafe Management certificate. I have little experience in the culinary world in a professional sense as I have only just been hired by Pizza Hut as I am still pursuing my studies.
