My cooking style is a light mix of southern feel good food, Asian techniques, and Mediterranean flair.

I've had a passion for culinary arts since I was 5 and my grandmother first taught me how to peel potatoes. I have been working in several restaurants and I started when I was 18 years old. However, none of them give me the opportunity to showcase my own style of cuisine so this is a great opportunity!
