I specialize in Southern Style Cuisine. I just love comfort food that brings a home together. I am able to cook modern Chines food (sweet and sour chicken w/stir fry rice, honey chicken wings w/ sauce; too die for!!!!), Authentic Chinese and Asian (Beef stir-fry, Coconut Chicken w/Jasmine rice and coconut sauce), Cajun, French Cuisine. I am very versatile, learn recipes quickly and am able to adapt.

I have over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry; as a server, host, table busser, buffet cook, waiter, buffet attendant, cook, prep cook, quick service food, full restaurant service, catering, event planning, supervisor cook, head cook and more. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years and that makes me qualified to not only provide an awesome meal but an awesome customer experience all around.
