My cooking style is more classic with a touch of fusion. I enjoy cooking Spanish dishes because that's what I mainly grew up on. Southern cooking is another style that I enjoy making just cause I have lived in this region for so long

I graduated culinary school in 2008. I've worked in a lot of different styles of restaurants. I was a manager for 3 years before getting out to spread my creativity.
