I describe my cooking style as intimate catering. I like to take my time with meals that I prepare. Taking time on a meal shows your love for your craft. Corporate culinary to me is no more than line cooking. You cant rush perfection. Plus I like to implement my own creativity.
I have been involved with food service for most of my life. I was a cook for four years in the United States Army. I have worked for the Indianapolis Colts and the Tampa Rays as a station Chef.
