I am all about fresh. Whole fish,fresh seafood and fresh cut steaks/chops and local ingredients make up the bulk of my menus. I prefer to start with quality ingredients and let them stand out with preparations that show off the main ingredient rather than covering it up.
I have worked for some of the most successful restaurant groups in South Florida. My passion for food has always driven me to push to be best at what I'm doing. I am a Chef and Front end Manager in my current job, so I have and do wear a lot of hats. I am also very knowledgeable in craft beer and beverage pairings. I have put on several beer and wine pairing dinners over the last several years.
