It's hard to pinpoint a single style of cooking for me. I've dabbled in a lot. My main go to personally would probably fall around my backgrounds of Italian, Mediterranean, and southern soul. But that never stops me from exploring new styles and techniques.

I've been cooking almost my entire life. I obtained a culinary certificate with Tidewater Community College and currently work at Riverstone Chophouse in Suffolk. I've held almost every position in the restaurant industry. From line cook, kitchen manager, to Head Chef. Now I'm finally trying the personal chef avenue.
