My cooking style is rooted in the classical, traditional Italian from the many regions of the country. I do incorporate an American flare to the meals, though, using the traditional Italian methods brings out the most flavor of any ingredient used. I cook from scratch, using the freshest available ingredients from farms and gardens, farmers markets and local groceries and co-ops.

I currently have over 30 years of cooking experience using fresh, from scratch recipes. I have traveled much of the United States and overseas in Europe learning and honing my craft. For the past I have also been working as a personal/private chef now for over 9 years doing weekly meal prep, private dinner parties and small cooking lessons/demonstrations for up to 20 people. I have an expansive knowledge of special dietary needs, healthy meals and cook from scratch.
