Gourmet French Fusion with a Celebrity French Chef

My cooking style is haute cuisine with a lighter touch, influenced by Asian, North African and New American ingredients and flavors. Whenever possible, I use locally sourced, seasonal, organic ingredients. All menus are customizable to guests tastes, interests and dietary considerations.

Taught by my mom in France, attending Culinary institute of America, TV Producer and recipe testing with Martha Stewart, Lidia Bastianich and others. Currently teaching a French Culinary Experience in St. Augustine and offering classes and Private Chef events for family gatherings, team building, bachelorette parties and other celebrations.
