While I can do complicated and extravagant, when I cook for myself I tend to keep it simple.

I worked in fine dining establishments in Chicago and Scottsdale, including Ambria, Park Hyatt, The Phoenician. I catered parties (large and small), film sets, made wedding cakes, and planned menus for large events.
