I was born and raised South Dakota, so comfort meals are my favorite. I cook with classic French techniques, but am not afraid to switch it up! From fine dining to comfort classics, I love the variety the culinary field offers.

I am a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, CO. While in school I was trained in classic French techniques, with a focus on sustainable and ethical and farm to table cooking. I have dabbled in world cuisines, baking, and pastry arts. I have worked in several restaurants from catering to fine dining, but feel the personal connection working as a Personal Chef is the most rewarding.
