It varies, I usually can conform to many types of cooking styles, although my strongest is probably Italian and Cuban cuisine.

I have worked in restaurants for 18 years, and have worked many types of restaurants such as Chili's, Salt Rock Grill, Island Way Grill, and Olive Garden. I can cook many styles of food from Cuban dishes like picadilla, and mojo roasted pork, to Italian dishes like chicken parm stuffed with Jack cheese, spinach, and artichoke, as well as American dishes as simple as roasted pepper meat loaf.
