My style can be described as a blend between southern flavors and classic techniques. A love of fresh seafood, as well as slow cooking options, gives me the ability to provide many options to suite your needs.
I am a classically trained chef who has cooked in France, New York, and New Orleans. With fine dining as well as large scale catering there is no job too large or too small. As an owner of a wine-bar & bistro, I created wine dinners inspired by the flavors and tastes of the featured selections. In South Florida, doing large scale, high end catering at exclusive clubs, I have taken advantage of the abundance of fresh local seafood and produce and expanded my menus to include many lighter options. With a lifetime of kitchen experience, and a growing love of food, there is nothing else I'd rather do.
