I have been cooking for over 32 years.. I'm currently a Chef at the Crow's Nest in Marblehead.. I have a vast experience cooking different dishes, from down home southern fried chicken to classy pan seared Duck Breast with wild mushroom risotto and a spiced cherry wine glaze...there is nothing I cannot make!!!!
