I grew up in a large Italian family so from a very young age that had a huge influence on my cooking. When I decided to go to culinary school my two teachers were very traditional French. Over the years I have worked in a number of resturaunts and would also say I have a bit of a Asian flare to some of my food.

I'm a entergetic person! I love to have fun in the kitchen and I am a very passionate person about what I do! I have worked in many different places over the years and have expierence in cooking all cuisines and focus on fresh local ingredients.
