My cooking style is purely gourmet yet approachable. Proper food needs a sense of fun and whimsy and my food reflects that. While I'm skilled at meat cookery, a non-animal based diet should be just as pleasing as any other.
Classically trained with 15 years of experience. I've woeked my way up from a line cook to an executive chef and have opened several restaurant concepts in the last two years, both in Los Angeles and in San Francisco. My referrences are solid.
