I have developed an old fashioned classic French style with hints of the many different cusines that I have knowledge of. I always make an effort to use local organic products from proteins to veggies and fruit. I also like to engage with my guests describing to them what they're about to enjoy.
37 years of experience in the culinary industry. I have worked as both a private Chef and a caterer. I've cooked for Princes, Ambassadors, Gran Prix Drivers, senators and Celebrities. I have a love for all things food. From the growing, to the foraging, to the prepping, to the service. My goal is create an experience for my guests that they will always remember. More than Farm to Table, I want Farm to Memory. I want to share the Aloha Spirit while showing my passion for cooking.
