I love to convert more traditional recipes to adapt to my clients dietary needs. When no dietary restrictions are present, I enjoy cooking all food from all ethnicities, Mediterranean most of all. I use lots of fresh herbs, garlic and citrus to enhance my dishes. Food fuels the body, so it should be providing proper fuel. Health and wellness is very important to me, but that doesn't mean a treat can't be included here and there.
