I've spent many years developing a style that touches on all my experiences. I love working with the flavors of Latin America while incorporating a classic execution and modern plating style. I have an associates and a bachelors in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America and have personally worked with renowned chefs of Mexico and South America.
