I have always been interested in cooking but moreso on what certain foods were compiled of and why they grew certain ways and what their use was. I mainly focus on healthy meals but do not shy away from home style cooking. I have most my experience with baking, food preparation and Italian cuisine.
Over 15 years experience working in the service industry. Every back of the house/kitchen position possible as I worked my way up from just a dishwasher to executive chef. I have since started a family and decided to leave the fast paced restaurant world and focus more on my cooking and development of recipes for those wanting more from food.
