My style is bringing local and seasonal ingredients to the table so they really shine. I am strongly influeced by all types of cuisine and use French cooking techniques with a few of my own to really show off the food.

I have worked in my families restaurant since a very young age. Working my way up through all positions until i finally moved on. I have worked at cal poly university doin high end caterings. I am a culinary school graduate. I currently work as a supervisor/line cook at west shore cafe and inn located in Tahoe.
