I don't think I have a style per say. I would call it contemporary American. But love to incorporate fusion cooking in all my dishes.
Over the past 25 years I have had the honor to have trained under James beard nominee Chef Craig Common. I have cooked for movie stars, rock stars and one President. I have built restaurants from the ground up managed yacht clubs to fortune 100 companies. I have done sushi to wedding cakes. And everything in between. But I love to see the instant gratification from my clients when they have one of my meals.
