I'm pretty classic when it comes to dishes and desserts, although I am capable of achieving modern and new styles such as vegan cuisine. I like traditional comfort food from most cultures, ranging from american, asian, Latin and European influences.

Cooking and baking within the industry has been the toughest most rewarding experience I have had thus far and despite the long hours and endless hustle, it's all worth it.
