My style of cooking is homestyle, which bring the warmth and comfort of scratch style cooking. When needed I can substitute ingredients to meet dietary needs while still achieving that good homestyle feel.
My culinary experience began as a young adult when I took on the responsibility of preparing the family meals. It quickly changed when I became a cook for the U.S Army, where I gained discipline and attention to detail. I know cook for a hotel, and I'm continuing to grow within the industry.
