I started from scratch as a new cook 5 years ago under a traditional Chinese chef and have learned and mastered Asian cuisine. I have also had the great privilege to be raised and taught by some of the best cooking women in traditional Mexican dishes. I have also taken it upon myself to learn a few very good deserts for those sweet tooth out there.
