My cooking style is basically putting a new twist on old favorites. I'm not big on frying food all the time, but my menu does contain fried foods. I have experience cooking for all types of diets. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, specialty diets.

I have over 20 years experience in the field. I have worked in casual amands fine dining restaurants. I have worked for small and large catering companies. Not only have i planned various parties and weddings, i also catered them. I have been the executive chef for 2 schools over the past 10 years, and have been a substitute teacher and summer camp director,so I have experience being around children. I am currently a caretaker for an elderly woman and have been cooking for her and her daughter 5 times a week for 2 years.
