My culinary journey began preparing meals for Airforce and Army troops during the Gulf War. Events brought me to California where I was able to blossom working for culinary greats at Hollywood' Elite events as well as being a private celebrity chef. To expand my horizons I honed my skills perfecting plant based cuisine which, remains the style closest to my heart.
